Web platform: this monitors and analyses data in real time relating to energy consumption, air conditioning, water quality and other factors, as well as the various systems within the facility.

Sensors: hardware devices that collect data directly from equipment, sensors and the IoT, ensuring accuracy and remote feedback.

Digital twin: this creates a virtual replica of the facility, enabling scenarios to be simulated, deviations to be detected and performance to be optimised.
